Sarah’s journey

A mindfulness journey can start with a simple introductory talk and end up changing lives. We’re so grateful to Sarah for sharing her mindfulness journey.

Sarah’s words

I was first introduced to The Moment is Now when they delivered an introductory session at my work. I have subsequently been lucky enough to join the 8-week mindfulness course, the self-compassion course and some of the regular support sessions, all of which have been amazing and so helpful. The teachers are incredible. So knowledgeable and generous in sharing that knowledge in an accessible and easy to apply in day-to-day life approach.

I love getting my weekly mindfulness pebble and regularly share it with friends.

The resources that accompany the courses are incredible. You really do get an immense amount of personal, practical and factual support.

I’ve also loved meeting other participants and really appreciated hearing and learning from them.

What I have learnt has been invaluable both personally and professionally. I am a different person to the one who attended that first introductory session and all that I have received from the Moment is Now has been an integral part in that positive shift in my life.

I was lucky enough to be invited onto a Buddhist weekend retreat recently. Something I would never have done if it hadn’t been for my time with the Moment is Now and it was amazing. I felt well equipped to be there and to make the most of the experience because of all I have learnt with The Moment is Now. What was even lovelier though was that it made me reflect on how much I had learnt from The Moment is Now and what a high calibre of training they provide. We are so lucky to have such a project, such a rich resource and such an accessible and supportive team as there is at The Moment is Now here in Edinburgh.

With huge thanks for all you do and all you have helped me with.
